Conference Fees
The earlybird conference fee is £295 (for registrations received by 19 March 2010). After 19 March a full fee of £325 applies. The fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, all refreshments, the civic reception and the conference dinner. Presenters should book to confirm their attendance by the earlybird deadline.
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Please see the accommodation page for details of hotels and Halls of Residence. A limited amount of space has been reserved in the University's Halls of Residence. If you would like to take advantage of this residential option, early booking is advised. The cost is 30.68 UKP (bed and breakfast) per person per night for a single room, and is available for the nights of 15, 16, 17 and 18 June. Booking residential accomodation at the time of your conference booking, and adding this amount to the fee, will allow an internal transfer of funds that does not attract VAT at 17.5%.
Partners can accompany delegates to the social activities (conference dinner and wine reception) for £50 per head. A place must be reserved in advance, via the registration form.
