The conference runs from lunchtime on Wednesday 16 June to lunchtime on Friday 18 June 2010. The full programme is now available from the links in the left-hand menu.

Publication Opportunities

Acceptance to the conference is on the basis of a refereed abstract of 500 words (1000 words for symposium proposals).

For those who wish to be considered for inclusion in a refereed proceedings, a short paper of 3000 words maximum (including references) may be submitted by 19 April 2010 to ai21-conf@strath.ac.uk. A review process will follow, and accepted contributions will be included in the conference proceedings. A template for short papers is available.

We also aim to develop a Special Issue in conjunction with Innovations in Education and Teaching International. The Special will follow the usual submission and review guidlines to be found from the journal's homepage. Target date for papers is 30 September 2010.

Social Programme

The conference dinner will take place on the opening night aboard the Tall Ship Glenlee, one of only five Clydebuilt sailing ships in use worldwide.

This will be followed on the second night by a Civic Reception in the stunning surroundings of Glasgow City Chambers.

Following the Reception, delegates will have time free to explore the beautiful and welcoming city of Glasgow.
