If your department is funding your involvement in the ECDL programme, enter the appropriate departmental budget code at the end of this form. We will raise an internal charges form which we will send you to authorise payment. If you are paying for the Driving Licence yourself, please send a cheque made out to the “University of Strathclyde” to ECDL Bookings, Information Services, Level 5, Curran Building, 101 St. James Road, Glasgow, G4 0NS. Alternatively you can pay using a credit card by calling 0141 548 4944 or by using the online shop (online shop payment details will be provided post registration).
