ECDL Test Booking Form: Staff and Students

BCS Approved CentreThank you for your interest in the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).

Using this form, please enter your personal details, your Logbook/BCS Number and state which Module test/s you wish to take on each date. Please note: we need at least 7 days notice to set up your test.


Each test lasts a maximum of 45 minutes and each test session lasts 2 hours, therefore, it is possible to take 2 tests per test session.


If your department is funding your involvement in the ECDL programme, please enter the appropriate departmental budget code at the end of this form. We will raise an internal charges form, which we will send you to authorise payment. If you are paying for the ECDL yourself, please send a cheque made out to the “University of Strathclyde” 7 days before the test date to ECDL Bookings, Information Services, Level 5, Curran Building, 101 St. James Rd, Glasgow, G4 0NS. Alternatively you can pay using a credit card by calling 0141 548 4944 or by using the online shop (online shop payment details will be provided post registration).
