My name is Kirstie Adam, and I am working on the Work With IT project here at University of East London.
UEL's project is on embedding a software system called SmartDiary into our working practice. The system (for more info see www2.smartdiary.co.uk) will enable students to make appointments online 24 hours a day - eimininating the need to queue to speak to an advisor.
Our staff are very excited about getting this project up and running, and we are looking forward to the workshop here next week.
