I was thinking about fundamentals and what Work-with-IT is trying to address.
The three Key questions the Work-with-IT project has aimed to address are:
- How has the adoption of new technologies and practices brought about changes within institutional workforces, and how have these changes affected staff attitudes towards their work and also the student experience?
- How have staff roles, relationships and working practices adapted to accommodate these changes?
- What new sets of skills are required in order to work in new ways that exploit the benefits (or overcome barriers) afforded by new technology environments?
A different approach was adopted to answer these questions in each of the three phases of Work-with-IT and the details can be found in the final report.
